Another Citizen Dies from Coronavirus in Armenia

According to the spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, Alina Nikoghosyan, on her Facebook page, a death has been recorded at the "Nork" Infectious Clinical Hospital. A 78-year-old patient had contracted a coronavirus infection and was diagnosed with bilateral polysegmented pneumonia. She developed blood clotting disorders, which complicated the treatment process.

Additionally, the woman had accompanying chronic diseases, including diabetes and hypertension. It should be noted that she was not a citizen of the Republic of Armenia.

Before this case, there had been five fatalities related to coronavirus in Armenia.
