57-Year-Old Man Injured by Accidental Gunshot

On March 30, at 1:00 PM, the Gugark police department received a report from a hospital regarding a 57-year-old man who had sought medical assistance for a gunshot wound to his thigh. He reported that the injury occurred while he was working on a car in their yard.

A responding operational group learned from the man that the injury was the result of a careless discharge from a hunting rifle. He also stated that he had found the rifle that same day in an area adjacent to his home.

During the examination of the scene, police discovered a double-barreled hunting rifle. Investigations have been initiated.
