Is the issue of restricting air communication with Italy under discussion? Mnatsakanyan clarifies
In light of the emergence of coronavirus cases in Italy, is the question of restricting air communication with Italy under discussion? Responding to this question, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia noted that the coronavirus is a challenge for all countries, and it is crucial to find ways to control, prevent, and overcome this disease through cooperation.
"We are closely working with China and Iran. It is essential that we collaborate and work closely with our friendly Iranian authorities, people, and government to find the best ways to work in this regard. Regarding the coronavirus cases in Italy, this has not escaped our attention. We are also assessing what measures need to be taken so that we can overcome this together, working together to prevent the spread of the pandemic and to overcome it collectively. This is our approach, our logic, concrete steps are being taken in connection with recent developments, and we are also having discussions related to other hotspots, understanding that time is significant and that we cannot afford to lose time," said Mnatsakanyan.
