Armenia Selected as Venue for EBRD 2021 Annual Meeting: Avinyan
The Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Tigran Avinyan, wrote on his Facebook page:
“Dear compatriots, I want to start our workday with very good news. We have just received the decision from the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). I am pleased to inform you that Yerevan has been selected as the venue for the EBRD 2021 Annual Meeting.
The Annual Meeting is one of the Bank's most significant events. This means that in the spring of 2021, Armenia will be in the spotlight of the 69 member countries of the EBRD, as well as other guests. This is an important achievement and a well-deserved recognition of the progress Armenia has made in both political and economic sectors.
And from this moment, we begin working to hold the event at the highest level.”
