Askeran Mayor Samvel Aghajanyan Has Died

Askeran Mayor and head of the Askeran division of the Artsakh Liberation Army veterans' union, Samvel Aghajanyan, has passed away. This was announced on his Facebook page by the president of the 'Free Homeland' party, Arayik Harutyunyan.
