Zakharova on the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict and Biolaboratories in Armenia
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, commented during a briefing on the meeting that took place in Geneva between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan regarding the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. According to Rusarminfo, she stated, “We proceed from the fact that a joint statement will be adopted today, which will be published on the OSCE website. I believe it is not worth engaging in forecasts.”
Journalists also inquired whether timelines have been established for the involvement of Russian specialists in the work of American biolaboratories in Armenia, which are particularly relevant in light of the ongoing spread of coronavirus. Zakharova responded that she does not have information on this matter but promised to clarify.
