Meeting Between Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Concludes

The meeting between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mammadyarov, concluded with the mediation and participation of the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group: Igor Popov (Russia), Stéphane Visconti (France), Andrew Schofer (USA), and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Andrzej Kasprzyk.
