A Such 'Pen' Was Gifted to Stepan Demirchyan: Ani Khachatryan

Yerevan City Council member Ani Khachatryan wrote on her Facebook page: “I am using the word 'pen' purely in the context of today's theme, but my point is about the type. I wonder how many such 'pens' Hrayr Tovmasyan still has. A such 'pen' was gifted to Stepan Demirchyan at the beginning of the 2000s, supporting the people’s candidate in the Constitutional Court. Later, a slightly more expensive 'pen' was gifted to Raffi Hovannisyan, who joined the 'Heritage' party, but there was no place for him on the electoral list. The list's prices were much higher. The party respected, and it 'stuck,' and then there was the Minister of Justice, (Davit Harutyunyan had completely handed the pens to Robin), then the head of the parliamentary legal commission, and then the president of the Constitutional Court. And suddenly, boom... Now this 'pen' has been gifted to Nikol. And God knows how many such 'pens' Hrayr Tovmasyan has.”
