Will the Prosperous Armenia Party Be Punished?
The newspaper ‘Hraparak’ reports: After the skirmish involving the MPs of the Prosperous Armenia Party (BHK) yesterday, members of the Civil Contract party have decided not to settle for minor sanctions such as temporarily restricting the entry of certain MPs into the hall.
Sources indicate that they are discussing the establishment of an ethics committee to investigate the behavior of the rebellious BHK MPs and to ‘punish’ them. It is worth noting that the establishment of the ethics committee was also previously announced by Lilit Makunts, and the incident from yesterday has, in fact, accelerated the demand for forming this committee.
