We Are Negotiating, Regardless of Who Represents Azerbaijan: Mnatsakanyan

The Armenian side is ready to conduct negotiations with the Azerbaijani side, regardless of who represents Azerbaijan. This was stated today by Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan in response to a question regarding the impact of the upcoming elections in Azerbaijan.

Regarding the implementation of humanitarian programs, Mnatsakanyan noted that this issue holds significant weight on the agenda of negotiations, alongside the establishment of trust mechanisms. The minister remarked that there are small, yet positive results in the overall negotiation process, one of which is the reciprocal visits of journalists.
