Manvel Grigoryan's Health Deteriorated on the Day of Changing His Detention Conditions: Tatoyan

The Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan today addressed the health condition of General Manvel Grigoryan.

“The decision is made by the court, and here the Human Rights Defender does not have the right to intervene. Based on the lawyers' appeal, as long as he remains a defendant, just like in any other case, we will keep the issue under attention and will also express relevant assessments,” Tatoyan stated.

According to Tatoyan, on the day of changing Manvel Grigoryan's detention conditions, his health condition had worsened, as per the observation of the Human Rights Defender.
