Pashinyan Congratulates Mikhail Mishustin on His Appointment as Prime Minister of Russia

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has sent a congratulatory message to Mikhail Mishustin on his appointment as the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation. The message states:
