Do you know what the law is, what a document is? Babayan to Tigran Galstyan

Recently, one person, who has trampled the rights of nearly 100 employees due to his unprecedented ignorance and has become the head of staff by the fortune of Kaj Nazari, published a list claiming that there were hundreds of violations in the National Assembly staff from 2017 to 2018. This was written by former Deputy Head of the National Assembly staff Arsen Babayan in response to the Facebook post of the current head of staff, Tigran Galstyan.

Arsen Babayan stated: "I have already said several times – do you know where the law is and what a document is, so that you can also understand what internal audit is? I am not even sure that after reading it, you will understand the conclusion written about the internal audit. It is obvious that the reckless behavior is governed by the childish principle of 'I said it, I didn't swear, did I?'. If at least one of the so-called discovered violations is true, I invite you to discuss them in detail with me. But I urge you not to forge any documents in the meantime, as you did recently with one of the orders of the Speaker of the National Assembly. And content yourself with the documents you have already destroyed. You can be assured that I will explain and, hopefully, you will understand that, to say the least, you lack common sense.'

By refusing to engage in my proposed discussion, the reckless individual will simply confirm that he has lied and that no violations actually exist.

P.S. As much as I say not to touch that young man and to let him do his Kaj Nazari stuff, he doesn’t allow it. The results are horrifying; some violations are even unbelievable. Head of the National Assembly staff.
