In 2019, the State Revenue Committee Collected AMD 1 Trillion 507.1 Billion, Ananyan
In 2019, the Republic of Armenia's State Revenue Committee collected AMD 1 trillion 507.1 billion in revenue, of which AMD 42.8 billion was returned to taxpayers for previously accrued VAT debts. This was stated today by SRC Chairman Davit Ananyan during a press conference.
It should be noted that based on the SRC's proposal, in September 2019 the Government of Armenia decided to return approximately AMD 56.4 billion to taxpayers in VAT, of which AMD 42.8 billion has actually been returned. Thus, actual tax revenues amounted to AMD 1 trillion 464.3 billion.
The legally established program target for 2019 was AMD 1 trillion 401.9 billion, meaning the overall excess amounted to AMD 105.2 billion or 7.5 percent.
