FIFA President Invites Armen Melikbekyan to Zurich

The President of FIFA, Gianni Infantino, has congratulated the President of the Armenian Football Federation, Armen Melikbekyan, as well as the newly elected members of the Executive Committee of the AFF.

According to the federation's press service, the FIFA President has invited Armen Melikbekyan for a meeting at the central office in Zurich.

Accept my warmest congratulations and best wishes on being elected as the President of the Armenian Football Federation during the extraordinary assembly held on December 23, 2019. Your knowledge, management skills, and experience as a former General Secretary of AFF will undoubtedly contribute to the development of this beautiful game in your country. You can always count on my personal assistance and FIFA's support in achieving this goal. FIFA's doors are always open for discussions on any issues related to the development and management of football.

I would like to invite you to Zurich soon. I would appreciate it if you could also convey my congratulations to the members of the Executive Committee who were elected on that day. I wish you and your team success in overcoming all challenges, and I hope to see you again soon,” said Gianni Infantino in his message.
