Black Ice and Snowfall on the Aparan-Alagyaz Road
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of 11:00 PM on December 26, the roadways in Armenia are mostly passable. In the city of Aparan, it is currently snowing.
On the Aparan-Alagyaz road, there are areas with black ice. According to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the North Ossetia Emergency Situations Ministry, the Stepantsminda-Larsi road is open for all types of vehicles.
Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.
