A Memorial Monument for March 1 Victims to Be Installed in Yerevan
Changes have been made to Yerevan's 2019 budget, resulting in a decision to increase targeted allocations by 3 million 950 thousand drams. Of this, 2 million drams will be allocated for the construction of a memorial monument dedicated to the victims of March 1, 2008, which will be installed near Grigor Lusavorich Street and the adjacent park.
The decision was adopted during an extraordinary session of the Yerevan Council held on December 16. Additionally, the subsidy amount for the Yerevan Metro will also increase by approximately 900 thousand drams.
