People in the Photo Were Already Filming Before Our Action: David Petrosyan

David Petrosyan, a member of the "Restart" student initiative, wrote on his Facebook page: "The people in the photo were in the area filming during the incident on March 4th, with a woman using a special filming device. When she noticed that the building's camera was capturing her, she tried to cover her face. I will write separately about the criminal workers present in the area. It is currently important to identify this woman and the man. I should note that they began filming before the incident occurred. Since the National Security Service (NSS) and the police have engaged in criminal inactivity, this is the only option left to find those people. And if the NSS and the police continue their ostrich policy, I have serious doubts that they know and are not speaking up."

Recall that on March 4 of this year, an incident occurred between public figure and former police chief advisor Narek Malyan and members of the "Restart" student-civil initiative, resulting in Malyan ending up in a trash bin.
