What Did the President of Armenia and the Prime Minister of Ukraine Discuss?
President of the Republic of Armenia Armen Sarkissian, who is in London for the first investment summit of the Eastern Partnership of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), met with the Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk.
President Sarkissian stated that it is time for practical steps in the relations between the two countries, noting that the current level of cooperation is insufficient and that there are many more opportunities.
Agreeing with the Armenian president, the Ukrainian prime minister highlighted that the two countries have many similarities, strong ties, and significant untapped potential.
The interlocutors also exchanged thoughts on the possibilities of implementing mutually beneficial projects in the fields of advanced technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and mathematical modeling, as well as agriculture and food security.
