“If the acting official is temporary, it creates uncertainty in work, but it is more dangerous that people who do not correspond to the position are appointed purely for the sake of time or speed,” said Babken Tunyans, a member of the “My Step” faction of the Armenian National Assembly, in a conversation with journalists on November 6, in response to the question of whether it is dangerous that several structures remain dependent on acting officials.

According to him, it is better to think a little longer about making decisions than to make mistakes. When asked whether the government lacks good personnel, causing delays in this issue, Tunyans briefly replied, “The government has many personnel, which makes it difficult to determine how to select the best from them.”
