The Real Shareholders of the Zangezur Combine Published

«Considering that in recent days some media outlets have once again addressed the shareholder structure and composition of the “Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine” LLC, reaching fictitious conclusions unrelated to reality based on a logic and motives known only to them (or their possible clients), the Company’s Council and management officially announce:

“The Zangezur Copper-Molybdenum Combine” LLC, adhering to its adopted policy of transparency and publicity, has published its shareholder structure earlier than stipulated by the law adopted by the National Assembly, and even more than the requirements of that law, on August 5, 2019, including every last individual, regardless of their level of participation. This information is available on the websites of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia at www.cba.am and “ZPMC” LLC at www.zcmc.am.

For those seeking accurate information, we once again publish the actual shareholder structure of “ZPMC” LLC. Furthermore, we urge individuals caught up in the fervor of temporarily generating interest at the expense of the name and reputation of “ZPMC” LLC, whether for themselves or their media outlet, to remember, alongside satisfying their imagination, the inadmissibility of violating the legally protected rights and freedoms of others, as well as the accountability prescribed by law.”
