Man Who Jumped from Victory Bridge Passes Away without Regaining Consciousness
Today, the man who jumped from the Victory Bridge passed away in the hospital's intensive care unit without regaining consciousness.
It should be noted that an emergency incident occurred today, November 5, in Yerevan. Around 15:40, the operational management center of the Yerevan police received a report that a citizen had jumped from the "Victory" bridge.
Police officers Petros Papikyan and Arman Sireyan from the Malatya police department risked their lives to approach the man through the space between vehicles. Officer Papikyan was hit by a Ford Transit vehicle with license plate number 894 AO 61 while attempting the rescue. The officer was taken to the hospital but is not in life-threatening condition.
