On November 5, at 11:59 AM, the 911 service received information regarding a body found in the water conduit of Sis village in the Ararat region, prompting a call for rescue assistance.
A firefighting and rescue unit from the regional emergency management agency was dispatched to the scene. Further information will be provided as it becomes available.
The rescuers retrieved the body of Gurgan H. (born in 1966) from the conduit and brought it to a vehicle designated for transporting deceased individuals.
