Lieutenant Colonel Ara Mkrtchyan Has Come Out of Coma
Lieutenant Colonel Ara Mkrtchyan has come out of coma, although his condition remains unstable, spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense Arzrun Hovhannisyan told the reporter of Hraparak.
On September 18, Lieutenant Colonel Ara Mkrtchyan, who was brutally beaten in Vayots Dzor province, shows slight positive dynamics, although his condition is assessed as extremely severe. As we have been informed by both the spokesperson of the Minister of Defense, Arzrun Hovhannisyan, and the spokesperson of the Investigative Committee, Naira Harutyunyan, the colonel has not yet been interrogated by investigators as he is not in a health condition to recount details about the incident.
