34-Year-Old Driver Hits 7-Year-Old Boy with Lexus

On October 30th, an accident occurred in the Kotayk region. At approximately 5:00 PM, 34-year-old Artur H., a resident of Kotayk, struck a 7-year-old boy, S. M., with his Lexus RX-330, license plate 90 CQ 001, on Isahakyan Street in Charentsavan city.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the driver did not flee the scene and transported the injured boy to the Charentsavan Medical Center.

Authorities from the Road Police's 2nd Service Battalion, led by Battalion Commander Artur Petrosyan, arrived at the scene. Senior Investigator Artur Margaryan of the same battalion is directing the investigative work at the site, where materials regarding the incident are being prepared.

Operational groups from the Charentsavan Police Department, led by Department Head Janik Marukyan, also arrived at the scene.
