Opel Crashes into Tractor Trailer, Resulting in Tractor Overturning; Injuries Critical

Today, on October 30, a major traffic accident occurred in the Armavir region. At approximately 20:40, a vehicle with license plate 34 SN 028, identified as an Opel, collided with a tractor loaded with hay in the administrative area of the village of Khanchyan on the Armavir-Gyumri highway.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reporting from the scene, the accident resulted in the tractor driver, the Opel driver, and two passengers from the Opel being transported to the Armavir Medical Center. There were reports that two of the injured were in critical condition while two others were classified as moderately injured.

Those present at the scene mentioned that two of the drivers were taken to the hospital by doctors from the Armavir hospital, while the other two were assisted by bystanders.

The photojournalist also noted that the Opel had crashed into the tractor’s trailer, which caused the tractor to overturn.
