Moscow Proposes New Batch of Modern Armaments to Baku?

As the meeting between the presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan approaches in Sochi, a diplomatic source noted that a prominent Armenian political analyst Perendzhiyev was asked by Azerbaijani media to comment on rumors that Moscow is offering a new batch of modern armaments to Baku, including S-400 air defense systems.

“I believe that it's unlikely that Putin himself would make any official offers to Baku. Rather, he will wait for further statements from his Azerbaijani colleague regarding the development of military-technical cooperation,” Perendzhiyev responded, according to hraparak.am.
