Opel Crashes into Gas Pipeline Support Pillars in Armavir, Ends Up in Field
On September 23, an accident occurred in the Armavir region. Around 11:30 AM, the driver of an Opel Astra with license plate 35 QS 628, identified as 22-year-old Andranik P. from Armavir, lost control of the vehicle on the 1st kilometer section of the Ejmiadzin-Vayk highway. The car veered off the roadway, crashed into a support pillar of a gas pipeline, and continued moving until it ended up in a field.
According to Shamshyan.com, the driver was extricated from the vehicle by emergency responders and citizens who arrived at the scene. He was then transported with injuries to the Vagharchapat Medical Center. Representatives from Gazprom Armenia responsible for the Armavir region also arrived quickly on site.
