Criminal Case Opened Following Soldier Hayk Khachatryan's Gunshot Wound Incident

On September 22, 2019, at approximately 03:35, a criminal case has been opened in the third garrison investigation division regarding the incident where conscript soldier Hayk Vahe Khachatryan sustained a gunshot wound to the abdomen at a combat position in unit N. The case is based on the characteristics of a crime specified in part 2 of Article 373 of the RA Criminal Code, and an initial investigation is underway.
