Our Greatest Challenge is Strengthening Armenia's Economy: Pashinyan
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, emphasized the importance of transitioning the existing dynamics of Armenia's economy into economic momentum in order to elevate the country to a new level. According to Armenpress, he made this statement during a meeting with representatives of the media in Los Angeles.
A journalist inquired about the main message the Prime Minister wishes to convey to the Armenian community. He clarified that the context of the question pertains to encouraging a return to the homeland.
“We have just met with leaders of Armenian organizations in California, and that topic was essentially addressed there. Our main message will be the practical formulation of the concept of pan-Armenianism. In my opinion, our biggest challenge today is the economic development and strengthening of Armenia. All the issues that exist on our national agenda are problems solvable by a strong state. And when we speak of a strong state, we must first and foremost understand it as an economically developed state. We call this economic revolution, and those who wish to call it differently are absolutely welcome, but we believe that at this stage it is crucial that the dynamics we have in Armenia’s economy can truly be transformed into economic momentum,” he said.
