Major Accident in Kotayk Province: One Driver in Critical Condition

Today, September 17, a major traffic accident occurred in Kotayk Province.

According to Shamshyan.com, around 14:40 on Zoravar Andranik Street in Abovyan, a collision took place between a ВАЗ 2104 vehicle with license plate 35 ZF 389 and a Hyundai vehicle.

As a result of the accident, the ВАЗ flipped over. Rescuers used specialized equipment to dismantle the ВАЗ, after which they were able to extricate the driver from the vehicle. The on-call team from Abovyan Hospital, who arrived promptly at the scene, transported the driver to the "Abovyan" Medical Center with a critical diagnosis.

The driver of the Hyundai was also taken to the same medical center. The police are investigating the identities of the drivers.
