Tigran Avinyan Prepares for an Interview on the Amulsar Issue
The newspaper "Hraparak" reports that in the coming days, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan will give an interview to Public Television. Naturally, the focus will be on the issue of the Amulsar mine. According to our information, the Prime Minister has "assigned" the Deputy Prime Minister to H1 to present their position.
However, this move could place the entire Amulsar issue squarely on Avinyan’s shoulders, who is already facing significant public condemnation and dissatisfaction, with even corruption suspicions related to Amulsar.
The head of the Deputy Prime Minister's office, Varag Siseryan, confirmed the planned interview. "Yes, we are preparing for an interview; we have such plans, but we cannot yet specify a particular date. When it becomes known, we will announce it," said Varag Siseryan.
