Woman Cuts Veins Inside Car on Tigran the Great Avenue
On August 16, at 19:50, a call was received by the "911" service reporting that a citizen inside a parked vehicle on Tigran the Great Avenue in Yerevan had harmed herself by cutting her veins; rescuers were needed. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
A firefighting team from the Yerevan City Rescue Department, an operational team from the National Center for Crisis Management, and an instructor from the psychological support division were dispatched to the scene.
The citizen (Lilith A.) voluntarily opened the door of the vehicle. Emergency medical personnel provided the necessary medical assistance to the citizen. She was subsequently transferred to the police department of the Central district.
