Citizen Injures Self by Cutting Veins
On August 16, at 19:50, the "911" service received a call stating that a citizen in a parked vehicle on Tigran Mets Avenue in Yerevan had injured themselves by cutting their veins and required the assistance of rescuers, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
A firefighting team from the Yerevan rescue department, an operational group from the national crisis management center, and an instructor from the psychological support department were dispatched to the scene.
The citizen, identified as Lilit A., voluntarily opened the car door. Emergency medical personnel provided the necessary medical assistance to the individual. She was subsequently transferred to the Central Police Department.
