All Dismissals from the National Assembly Staff are Illegal: Arsen Babayan

Former Deputy Head of the National Assembly Staff Arsen Babayan wrote on his Facebook page:
“After thoroughly and fully studying the personnel purge carried out in the National Assembly Staff in August, I confidently state:

1. All cases of dismissal from positions of state employees in the National Assembly Staff in August, resulting from the reduction of positions, sent to the reserve without exception, are illegal. They are subject to immediate cancellation.
2. All appointments, temporary employment contracts, non-competitive and competitive appointments in the changed subdivisions with a modified structure are illegal without exception. They are subject to immediate cancellation.
3. I am ready to prove this in a discussion format with any lawyer representing the National Assembly.
4. Any person in the National Assembly Staff who has had any connection with these illegal actions, as well as anyone who should not have allowed this due to their position, should be immediately dismissed from their position with disciplinary action.”
