Uruguay's Foreign Minister on Pressures Regarding Artsakh
Rodrigo Nin Novoa, the Foreign Minister of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, addressed questions today in Yerevan regarding whether there has been any pressure from Azerbaijan to prevent the development of relations with Artsakh.
“We do not feel that undue pressures can occur, as no country in the world would dare to exert unfounded pressures on a country like Uruguay, which throughout its history has taken necessary steps to demonstrate its commitment to peace, understanding, and friendly relations among peoples,” he stated.
