Who Will Be Fined: 12 Officials Fail to Submit Declarations
The Ethics Commission for High-Ranking Officials is preparing to initiate proceedings against 12 officials who failed to submit their 2018 annual declarations even after receiving a warning.
According to ArmDaily.am, a total of 177 individuals did not submit their annual declarations. Among them, 83 received warnings, while 12 officials did not submit their declarations even after being cautioned. Proceedings will be initiated against these individuals, and if they still fail to submit their declarations during this period, they will be fined 200,000 drams.
We have managed to confirm that among the potential fined individuals are former prosecutors, employees of the State Revenue Committee, and former members of parliament.
