European Court of Human Rights to Prioritize Kocharyan's Application

The Constitutional Court’s staff has announced that the European Court of Human Rights accepted an application related to the cases under consideration by the Constitutional Court, based on the appeals of the Yerevan City First Instance General Jurisdiction Court and Robert Kocharyan. It has been confirmed that the application has been received, and it has been informed that the application will be discussed with priority.
