Altercation Near Stepanakert's Victory Square; Injured Taken to Hospital

On August 1, at around 18:00, an altercation occurred near Victory Square in Stepanakert between local resident A.H., born in 1990, and an individual identified as S. (details are being verified). During the incident, S. struck A.H. in the face with a hand.

According to the Artsakh Police, as a result of the altercation, A.H. was taken to the Republican Medical Center with injuries. The investigation is being carried out by the Stepanakert Department of Police.
