Criminal Charges Filed for Avoiding Draft
The Investigative Committee reports that based on sufficient evidence obtained in the course of criminal cases being examined in the 10th military investigative division of the Military Investigative Main Department of the RA Investigative Committee, T. Manukyan has been charged with avoiding conscription through simulated illness under the first subparagraph of the second part of Article 327 of the RA Criminal Code.
Additionally, S. Ghukasyan has been charged under the second subparagraph of the second part of Article 327 of the RA Criminal Code for avoiding conscription through deceit.
The preliminary investigation into the criminal cases is ongoing.
