Drowned Children are Biological Brothers: Details

A brutal and tragic incident took place in the Tavush region on July 29. At around 21:08, the police received a report from the "Ijedavan" medical center that two children had been transported to the hospital in a state of drowning.

According to Shamshyan.com, the police and investigators have confirmed that the deceased are five-year-old Andranik and three-year-old Aram, residents of the Jrvaz neighborhood in Yerevan.

Sources indicate that they are biological brothers who had come to the village of Gndzakar in the Tavush region, where they participated in the Vardavar celebration, and were supposed to return to Yerevan today.

Hours ago, the children were searched for, and after some time, they were found in the swimming pool in a state of drowning.

Materials regarding the incident are being prepared, and a number of expert examinations have been appointed, including forensic examinations of the bodies.
