Citizen Threatens to Jump from Tower in Artashat
On July 29 at 18:46, the "911" service received a report that a citizen had climbed to the top of a tower belonging to "VivaCell-MTS" on Marx Street at the edge of Artashat, Ararat Province, and was attempting to commit suicide by jumping from the tower.
This information was reported by the official website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, which noted that a firefighting and rescue team was dispatched to the scene.
