A Armenian Church to be Built in Chelyabinsk
The acting head of Chelyabinsk, Natalia Katova, has signed a document authorizing the construction of the first Armenian church in the city.
"It has been decided to allocate land for the local religious organization for the construction of the St. Gregory the Illuminator Church," the statement reads.
It is known that the Armenian church will be located on Beyvelya Street in the Kurchatov neighborhood, with a land area of 315 square meters being allocated for this purpose.
