VIDEO: Little Water in the First Vehicle from the Ministry of Emergency Situations During the Tragic Accident – Felix Tsolakyan Explains
The Minister of Emergency Situations of Armenia, Felix Tsolakyan, addressed the large fire that broke out near the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial and the recent increase in fires during our conversation yesterday, stating that people have also become careless and there is a human factor involved.
We also discussed the tragic car accident that occurred days ago in the Ararat region and the information that the Ministry of Emergency Situations could not respond quickly, with one vehicle arriving without enough water.
The minister clarified in an interview with ArmLur.am: "The alert comes in like this: an accident has occurred; a vehicle leaves, which has little water, and mainly has equipment. A vehicle goes out, has not yet reached the location, and an alert comes in that there is also a fire, so another vehicle goes out, and there is a 1-2 minute difference."
Details can be found in the video on ArmLur.am.
