Man Stabbed to Death Hours After Hospitalization

On July 15, at 00:15, the Police Department of Mashtots received a report from the Armenia Medical Center that a man, approximately 32 years old, had been admitted with a diagnosis of "stabbed in the chest." According to the Press Office of the Armenian Police, the operational group that arrived at the hospital was able to establish the man's identity. He was reportedly unable to provide any explanation according to the medical report.

At 05:15, the man died in the intensive care unit without regaining consciousness. Examinations have been ordered, and measures are being taken to clarify the circumstances of the incident. Based on point 14 of part 2 of Article 112 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, a criminal case has been initiated, and an investigation is underway.
