Pedestrian Struck by Driver in BMW in Yerevan: Acceleration Instead of Brake
On July 11, a pedestrian was struck by a driver in Yerevan. At around 8:00 PM, 34-year-old Marusya A., a resident of Yerevan, hit 38-year-old Nazeli S. with her BMW, license plate 49 VV 009, on Vazgen Sargsyan Street.
Materials are being prepared concerning the incident. According to G. Shamshyan's information, driver Marusya A. is the director of a company operating in Yerevan. She reported on the scene that she noticed a citizen crossing the street who, according to reports, was pushing a stroller with a child inside, who fortunately was not harmed. Marusya admitted that she got confused and pressed the accelerator instead of the brake.
