39-Year-Old Man Maliciously Evades Child Custody
The criminal investigators of the Shengavit division of the police, acting on operational information, apprehended 39-year-old Hovhannes L. at the Bagratashen border checkpoint on July 9, at 09:20 AM. He had been wanted by the Shengavit division of the police since June 13, 2017, for evading child custody maliciously under Article 173 of the RA Criminal Code.
