Moses Hakobyan: Candidate for Artsakh Presidency Supported by Nikol Pashinyan
The newspaper "Zhamanak" reports: In the presidential elections of the Republic of Artsakh, the candidate supported by the Armenian government and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan could be Moses Hakobyan, the former Minister of Defense of the Artsakh Republic, who currently serves as the Chief Military Inspector of Armenia.
Pashinyan understands that the only person who could defeat Vitaly Balasanyan and the powerful group united around him is someone who is not afraid to confront this group and will not yield to potential threats from it.
