Member of the Yerevan City Council from the "Lus" Alliance, Tigran Ter-Margaryan, made a post on his Facebook page reacting to the comment of the spokesperson for the Mayor of Yerevan, Hakob Karapetyan.

"Say to that spokesperson that the clink cannot ring."

It should be noted that later, Hakob Karapetyan, the spokesperson for the Mayor of Yerevan, posted on his Facebook page expressing regret over his inappropriate comment made under a post by one of the Facebook users.
