Homeless Families Return to Yeghvard: Romanos Petrosyan

A solution has been found for the residents evicted from 11 Yerevanyan Highway in Yeghvard.

“As a result of comprehensive studies with the head of the Yeghvard community, we have found targeted solutions for our citizens in the Yeghvard community who were forcibly evicted from private property. They have ceased their protest outside the government building and are now returning to Yeghvard to meet with the community leader and my advisor to discuss the sequence of steps for a final solution to the issue,” wrote Kotayk Governor Romanos Petrosyan on his Facebook page.

Earlier, we reported that residents of the city were protesting in front of the government building, claiming that they had been left homeless.
